The Board of Education requires that an annual agenda be developed and published each year. The Agenda must be published no later than October 1 of every year. It is the responsibility of the Superintendent of Schools and Chair to present this agenda to the Board of Education for approval annually.

Once presented and adopted by the Board of Education, any change in the agenda will be requested by the Director of Schools or Chair with an explanation of the reason for the change. Changes will be voted on and approved by the Board.

All significant yearly occurrences will be reflected in this agenda. This would include, but not be limited to, all regular meetings of the Board, budget adoption dates, tenure notification dates, textbook and calendar adoption dates, and other significant dates.
