All records of the Board of Education shall be maintained in accessible form at the offices of the Williamson County Board of Education.

The secretary shall have the custody of the records, books and papers of the Board and shall transfer them to his successor in office.

All policies passed by the Board become binding immediately upon passage or as so stipulated in the policy.
