Celebration in the weekend Early Bird publication, reaching 35,000+ households in NW WI, as well as area radio stations, Facebook, Pinterest, and our website! CHARITY BAZAAR: NON-PROFITS are welcome to set up booths at no charge to sell arts & crafts, handiwork, candies & baked goods, or other fund-raising items.

Mom’s Day Celebration

REGISTRATION 8’ x 10’ spaces are $35. There is no charge to non-profits for spaces but, since there are a limited number of tables, we are charging all $5 for each table requested. Electricity is available to a limited number of spaces. Please bring your own extension cords/ power strips. Cedar Mall store hours are 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday. The mall will be open by 9 am and everyone is asked to have their booths completely set up by 10am. To reserve a space for the Mom’s Day Celebration, fill out the included form and send it to the Cedar Mall address below (include payment). Please register as soon as possible. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations after registration deadline.
INSURANCE Walker Property, owner of Cedar Mall, requires all participants to submit a certificate of liability insurance prior to the show. The certificate of liability must include the entities below so PLEASE forward this information to your insurance agent. Certificate holder:

Exhibitor will store its property in the demised area at its own risk and releases agent to the fullest extent permitted by law, from all claims of every kind. Agent shall not be responsible or liable at any time and exhibitor releases agent from any loss or damage to the exhibitor’s business. Exhibitor shall pay all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney fees that may be incurred or paid by agent in enforcing any items of this agreement.
