Monthly Trainings: Please select 3-‐5 trainings from the list provided, or find your own and get approval from me. You should be doing something each month in the way of training, or you can do as much as you want as long as it's not more than 20% of your total hours. Training can be webinars, readings suggested, collaboration with other AC members, networking, or planning an event. You should get approval from me for whatever trainings you do. Schedule it out as you wish, but you will be required to send in a reflection of your activity/activities, so I would recommend spacing them out. You can watch any of the webinars at any time. Keep track. If you end up doing a training online AND there's an assignment due that month, that's fine. Count them both and skip a month.
