Past years’ auction item donors have received two emailed announcements of the 2015 auction, thanks for their past support, and invitations to donate again this year (one sent in November and one sent in January). An Auction Workgroup member will follow up with them by January 31, 2015; their point of contact from last year if possible, someone new if not. o These are the sheets that Elliott will be distributing this evening By February 1, 2015, we will be doing pavement pounding
Please continue to work your own personal networks at your own pace; no need to wait until February 1. Ticket Sales We have lined up 18.5 table captains (out of 30 needed). We have sold 12 tickets (out of 310 needed). Both of these are well ahead of last year’s pace. Let’s review the postcard design (available at the meeting) and then strategize about how to recruit additional table captains and guests! What To Do Now

1. The next meeting of the Auction Workgroup will be _____________________ 2. PROCURE. PROCURE. PROCURE. Start speaking with anyone who might be able to donate items to the auction. Get them an Auction Item Donation Form ASAP 3. Keep in touch with Sam. As you are procuring, contact Sam to let him know if he should expect to see a donation arrive in the mail from an individual or business…OR if there’s an individual or business to be taken off of our ask-to-donate list. 4. Mind The Deadline: Get all auction items and accompanying forms to the Camp Ten Trees office absolutely no later than Friday, March 27th! Donations received after this date will still be warmly appreciated but will most likely be held over to a future event. 5. Attend Auction Work Group Meetings to report on your progress, to collaborate with others in our work group, and to get support/ideas!
