In case of inclement weather, they will be held one week later on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. Aetna Township Business meeting at Ruthton Community Building following election (approximately 8:00 p.m.) Voting from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. to elect one supervisor for three year term and one clerk for a two year term. Altona Township Business meeting at Town Hall, NW1/4, Section 24, Corner of 70th Ave. and 211th Street from 4:00- 5:00 p.m. Voting from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. to elect one supervisor for a three year term and one clerk for a two year term. Burke Township Business meeting at Woodstock Community Room from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Voting from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. to Elect one supervisor for a three year term and one clerk for a two year term. Fountain Prairie Township Business meeting at Town Hall from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Voting from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. to elect one supervisor for a three year term and one treasurer for a two year term. Absentee voting hours for all townships are at the clerk’s office: Saturday, March 8, 2014 - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Monday, March 10, 2014 - 5:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
