Program Descriptions Drop-In Operates 6 days per week (except Wednesdays), offering breakfast, hot lunch, snack, clothing and personal care items, TTC tokens, free phones and computer use, and access to medical services including psychiatrist, primary care physician, dental and foot care. Street Outreach Services Works with street homeless adults to access housing and other support services, transportation to shelters, housing appointments. Liaises with income supports offices, ID clinics, landlords, and medical clinics. Housing Help Services Case management services for clients with mental health and addictions issues. Assisting clients to obtain market rent and social housing. Providing housing assessments and goal planning, workshops on tenants’ rights and responsibilities. Free landlord registry. Massage Parlour and Micro-Brothel Outreach Conducts outreach to massage parlours and micro-brothels to build rapport with sex workers and assist with access to sexual health appointments. Distribute cultual and linguistically appropriate printed HIV and sexual health information and resources. Provide information sessions to sex workers to increase knowledge in order to prevent HIV transmission. Financial Advocacy and Problem-Solving Program Year-round income tax clinic, one-on-one financial coaching to assist clients to better understand government benefits. Workshops on budgeting, banking and credit. Volunteer opportunities for March-April income tax clinic.

Agincourt Community Services Associations is a multi-service agency located in the heart of Agincourt with a mandate to serve the community’s needs and to empower children, youth, newcomers, homeless, seniors, and otherwise underserved communities to build a better tomorrow. We provide various programs at different locations to bridge the services between people who need help and those who can provide it.
Voice Mail Services For low income and homeless individuals in our community, a voice mail service is a beginning step in connecting oneself with the community. Through metro voice mail, we offer a personal messaging service which can be retrieved from any touch tone phone, 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
