Advisory Board October Minutes Present: Reb Bailey, Gary Pestello, Erna Bailey, Rick Saling, Jim Dahm, Don Delegal, Elizabeth Heaven, Joe Petite, Any Nelson, Gretchen Hass, Norm Reeder, Drew Yardley. Absent: Peter Tomaino, Gary Mistlin, Jeremy Budge, Bret Charbonneau (Resigned 10/13), Bob Bowker, Charlie Leider. The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM by Chairperson Reb Bailey The minutes of the September meeting were approved as published. Drew gave the updated Membership count. There are a total of 201 Golf Members, 73 Equity, 104 Non Equity, 8 Associate and 16 Corporate. We have a total of 59 Social Members, 18 of these are Associate. There are a total of 346 members on the resale list with 330 having completed their dues obligations and 16 still paying dues. Club update: Wed 10/28/13 will be the last official Pasta & Prime night. Instead Prime Rib will be added to the fine dining menu for $19.95 ++. A Happy Hour will also be added on Wed nights. The Happy Hour and fine dining will continue on Friday nights as well as fine dining on Saturday nights. It was announced that someone has been hitting range balls to the Challenge 16th green from the hill above it. They are leaving the balls and divots severely damaging the green. House Committee, Amy Nelson: Thanksgiving Dinners To Go has been very successful and will be offered again this year to Club members and residents of Arrowcreek. The Member sponsored Fine Dinning was very successful again in October and two more have been announced, 11/16 and 12/12. Linda Welsh is our new Massage Therapist at the Club. She is by appointment at $45.00 per hour. Please see the club postings. The annual Santa Brunch will be held this year and there will be a Nov game or movie night for the kids. Details to be announced. Also, on a date to be announced there will be a Boutique Wine Dinner using 5 different small wineries. The price will be $100.00 per person. The Charity, Step 2 is having their Holiday Home Tour Sat 12/7 & Sun 12/8 in Arrowcreek this year. Part of the tour will be a cocktail hour at the Arrowcreek CC after the participants finish the tour. Member, John Holman is planning a meet and greet for the parents of Huntsberger grade school. Ladies Club, Gretchen Hass: The last official Ladies golf day will be next Tues 10/29. The Ladies Club year end party is Thursday 11/7.
