LOCAL BALLOT MEASURES Proposition A Bans union-only Project Labor Agreements and Creates Fair and Open Competition for County of San Diego construction projects.

Proposition D A sales tax in the City of San Diego with no protections for taxpayers and vital services, and no accountability for reform. Proposition J A property tax in the San Diego Unified School District with a lack of performance and accountability provisions.
Vital School Construction & Modernization Bond Measures Proposition K $287 million bond - San Marcos Unified School District Proposition L $2.1 million bond - Julian Union High School District Proposition M $5.5 million bond - Dehesa School District Proposition P $44.2 million bond - Encinitas Union School District Proposition 20 Allows the voter-approved Citizens Redistricting Commission, which already has authority to draw state legislative and Board of Equalization districts, to draw Congressional districts.
STATE BALLOT MEASURES
Proposition 22 Eliminates the state’s authority to take funds used for transportation or local government projects and services. Proposition 24 Repeals current tax laws that attract and grow businesses and jobs. Hurts small business and stifles job growth. Proposition 25 Allows the State Legislature to raise taxes with a majority vote (current law requires a two-thirds vote). Will not ensure an on-time, balanced budget for California. Proposition 27 Eliminates the Citizens Redistricting Commission’s authority to draw state legislative and Board of Equalization districts and returns that authority to a partisan State Legislature.
