GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA REVENUE AND FOREST DEPARTMENT NOTICE INVITING OFFERS FOR PERMISSION TO COLLECT AND REMOVE APTA LEAVES FOR CHAITRA AND BHADRAPAD 2013 SEASON (SECOND SALE) No.D-6(i)/40/Apta/ 01 /2013-14/ dated 08 /04/2013 In continuation of the notice inviting offers for permission to collect and remove Apta Leaves, D-6(i)/40/Apta/32,dt.28/02/2013 in accordance with the terms and conditions specified therein fresh offers are now invited from required manufactures of biddies and/ or exporters of Apta Leaves for permission to collect and move Apta Leaves during the period commencing from 1 st June,2013 from the units, group of units specified in list appended and ending on the 30 th October,2013. The maps and other details of the said units for which offers are hereby invited can be seen in the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests concerned during office hours on any working day. 2. Intending offers should note that all the terms and conditions are as specified in Notice inviting offers for permission to collect and remove Apta Leaves ( including Form of offer, terms and conditions of offer, terms and condition of contract and form of Agreement to be executed by the offerer) dated 28/02/2013 are applicable to this notice except in case of condition No.8(iii) ( Delivery of offers) and condition No.11 (Opening of Offers) (which shall be considered as substituted by the following conditions :3.
