WELCOME TO THE BROOKS DEBARTOLO COLLEGIATE HIGH SCHOOL CLINIC
The Brooks DeBarolo Collegiate High School Clinic is staffed by a full-time health assistant. If you have questions about the dispensing of medicine which requires a doctor’s prescription, or if there are any health concerns you would like to share, please contact the clinic at 813-971-5600 ext 256. We require students to be fever free for at least 24 hours and absences due to medically related illness should be documented with a doctor’s note and sent to the school.
