Product Description This kit contains 5 x 1 mg SynaptoGreen C4 (70022) and 100 mg Sulforhodamine 101 (80101). Research results from the Tsien and Kay labs showed that brain slices can be stained with SynaptoGreen™ when Sulforhodamine 101 or ADVASEP-7 (70029) is used to reduce the background staining.
