Center4ee Summer Camp Rules and Behavior Expectations The Center4EE welcomes all participants and strives to provide an equal experience to all students that attend. Our first priorities are safety and creating a positive atmosphere for learning. The rules and expectations below enable participants to have a safe, enjoyable experience.

For our participants we expect age-appropriate behavior within these guidelines:

In the classroom: • • • • • • •

Use an “inside voice” Walk, no running or horseplay Cooperate with the staff and follow directions Listen quietly while the instructor is talking Respect other students, staff, equipment, facilities, and yourself Stay in your area Please do not bring radios, I pods, video gaming systems, or electronics

• In the field: • • • •

The instructor always goes down the trail first Remain silent or whisper to observe the wildlife Always stay with the group and sight of the adult at all times Absolutely no horseplay

Traveling in a vehicle: • • • •

Keep all body parts and objects inside the window of the vehicle Use an “inside voice” No horseplay---Keep your hands and feet to yourself Keep the bus clean

Behaviors that may result in immediate dismissal but are not limited to: • • • • •

Any action that could threaten or pose a direct threat to the physical/emotional safety of the child, other children, or staff Fighting Possession of a weapon of any kind Vandalism or destruction of Center property or property of others Sexual misconduct
