University of Nevada – Las Vegas (Sept 2006 onwards) Ohio University (September 2002 – August 2006) ƒ Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Finance. I teach international and corporate finance. I have taught at the undergraduate, graduate and executive levels. My research interests are in the international finance, corporate finance and investment areas. Texas A & M University (September 1997 – August 2002) ƒ Taught an upper level undergraduate corporate finance course in Spring 2002. Was a research and teaching assistant for a number of finance courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The World Bank Summer Internship Program (June 2000 – August 2000) ƒ Worked on a cross-country study that examined whether the resolution choice of financially distressed firms is related to country and institutional factors Credit Rating Analyst at Credit Analysis and Research (CARE), India (1995-1997) ƒ Rated debt instruments issued by firms from a variety of industries. Also worked on a consulting assignment from the Government of India for potential privatization of a public sector enterprise
