The Sporting Chance Forum 12th-13th December 2018 - Paris, France
Invitation The third annual Sporting Chance Forum brings together 300+ high-level delegates from a broad range of stakeholders to drive progress toward a world of sport that fully respects human rights. Representatives of affected groups, sports bodies, governments, trade unions, sponsors, NGOs, broadcasters, NHRIs, and intergovernmental organisations will gather in Paris at UNESCO, the UN’s lead agency for Physical Education and Sport, under the backdrop of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Hosted this year by the new Centre for Sport and Human Rights, UNESCO and IHRB, the Forum will cover a diversity of geographies and issues including child safeguarding, athletes’ rights, worker safety, fan monitoring, media freedom, and community wellbeing.
