May 6, 2011 SSCPSPTA Notice No. 15A Walk-to-Read Fundraiser Dear Parents, Further to the PTA notice dated April 8, 2011, the details regarding the Walkto-Read Fundraiser are as under. Also attached is the sponsorship form for this event. Readathon Students who have registered for the “Readathon” will receive a Chinese book via their class teachers on May 6, 2011. Please remind your child to read the book and return it to the class teacher by May 13, 2011 (Friday). Walkathon The Walkathon will be held on May 15, 2011 (Sunday). Please refer to the attached Timetable for details. List of Participants A list of students registered for the “Readathon” and/or “Walkathon” can be obtained from the PTA website under “News” at “http://www.sscps.edu.hk/pta/ptanews.htm”. If discrepancies are spotted on the list or if you wish to register for the “Walkathon”, please contact PTA Exco members Dr Charmaine Tse at 9462-7470, Ms. Nancy Lee at 9430-2569 or Ms. Clara Li at 9193-4792 as soon as possible. Sponsorship Form & Cheque Submission Please complete and return the attached sponsorship form for the “Walkathon” together with the donations cheque made payable to “SSCPSPTA” to the child’s class teacher by May 20, 2011 (Friday). Walkathon 步行籌款 Route Parkview to Tai Tam Reservoir 步行路線： 陽明山莊至大潭水塘 Time 10:00am – 1:00pm (walking roughly takes 1 hour) 時間： 上午 10 時至下午 1 時〈行程約需 1 小時〉 9:30am: Pick up outside Jing Kung Books Store at Tin Hau Transportation 1:00pm: Pick up from Tai Tam and return to Tin Hau 交通安排： 去程－旅遊車於上午 9 時 30 分在天后精工印書館開出 回程－旅遊車於下午 1 時在大潭開回天后 Attire School P.E. or House Uniform 服飾： 學挍之運動服或四大隊制服 Please bring food and drinks for picnic. Remarks 備註： 請帶備野餐食物和飲品

A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to each participating student, and a trophy will be presented to the class with the highest donations. 所有參與這次籌款活動的同學將獲頒贈獎狀，而籌款額最高的班級將 獲頒發獎杯一座。
