Instructions:
♦C ut out the hat along the solid lines. ♦A pply glue or place double-sided tape onto the tab area.
Bring the hat’s opposite side toward the tab, aligning its edge with the tab’s dashed line, and press together to seal. ♦ Punch a pair of holes near the base of the hat on opposite sides. ♦ Tie the ends of an elastic string onto the holes to create a chin strap.

♦ Cut out each image along the border. ✂ o use as cupcake toppers, tape or glue the image to a lollipop stick or ♦ T toothpick. You can also mount the image on construction paper,
or tape a second cutout to the other side of the stick, art facing out, so that the topper is double-sided.
♦ To use as favor tags, punch a hole near the edge and thread a ribbon through.

B U N T I N G F L AG S Instructions: rint enough pages of flags to write your desired message. ♦ P (Examples: “Happy Birthday!”; “Beep! Beep!”; “John turns 2!”) ♦ Write your message on the blank flags. ♦ Cut out the flags. ✂ ♦ Lay flags out in order, blue edge up. ♦ Cut a piece of string long enough to hold all your flags. ✂ ♦ Slip string under the light green edge of the flags and fold the edge back over the string. ♦ O n the back side of each flag, use tape to secure the folded edges over the string. ♦ Hang up your banner and you’re ready to party!
