How  soon  to  the  next  level?  ASAP.     JOB TITLE: Administrative Support Representative (Durango) JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting with administrative functions, services and product support for ASAP Accounting & Payroll Services.

GOALS & OBJECTIVE: ASAP is a leader in providing online, web-based services and solutions for businesses. A portion of this position is related to working in a variety of web-based applications and assisting with technical support and administration of such applications. Must have ability to grasp new technology, applications, follow proper procedures and routines. Successful candidate should have a proactive approach to troubleshooting, good listening comprehension; possess thorough problem-solving traits and strong critical thinking skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative duties include, but are not limited to: • • • • •



Have a thorough understanding of the products and services supported by ASAP. Provide a high level of customer service to our clients including receiving and directing visitors, clients, and inbound phone calls. Perform related clerical and limited data entry processing work such as mail pick up and processing, sorting and scanning, and records control. Assist with account and payroll data entry such as receiving and entering deposits, reviewing payroll submission and reports, payroll wrap up and distribution. Maintenance of printer, office supplies, equipment, and a variety of software - with ability to selfdiagnose IT issues. Coordinate office organization and assist in maintaining clean and presentable office space. Exercises administrative judgment. Assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, office, and/or quality of service.

Product/Software Administration duties include, but are not limited to: •

Assistance with daily assigned critical verifications and processing of sensitive data from ASAP’s online accounting solutions with applicable integrated applications. Accurate recording of information is critical along with an ability to follow proper procedures and routines. Assist in overseeing migration of data (import/export) between integrated applications and software. Ensure ASAP’s online accounting solutions/software are operating efficiently. Provide internal/external product support in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree in business or related field preferred. Two to five years of experience required. Must have experience using a variety of software and applications.

COMPENSATION: $14.00/hour. May be eligible for company benefits if qualified for full-time employment (based on experience). *Background check will be required prior to any employment offers.
