Connecting a Computer (1) Plug the thicker, squarer shaped end of the computer cable into the “Computer DVI” (noted by the symbol below, a circle in a square) connector on the projector. Leave the USB portion of the plug disconnected unless you wish to use a remote control to control the projector (not recommended). (2) Plug the narrower, more rectangular shaped end of the computer cable into the video connector on your computer.

Powering up the Projector (1) Remove the lens cap. (2) Plug the power cord into the side of the projector, then plug it into the electrical outlet. (3) Press the Power button on the top of the projector. The fans start to run, the LED on the top of the projector lights solid green if the projector is connected to a valid source, and the startup screen appears. It takes about one minute for the image to achieve full brightness. (4) Press the keys FN + F8 simultaneously on your laptop keyboard to project the image.
