Chris Christie Does Right Thing By this Friday the feds want governors to declare whether they will set up an Obamacare exchange – the state federal takeover center. Last week, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said no and vetoed a bill from the Democratic legislature. In case you donʼt know, these exchanges will report you to the IRS, force some of you into Medicaid, sell you only government-approved insurance and use your medical records to create an individualized risk score on you. Christie, like many other GOP governors said no. This is good news but some governors are contemplating an partnership exchange with the feds. Thatʼs just as bad as a state exchange.
