Obama Popularity Plummets in Young Voters The youth no longer trust Obama. The young millenials – ages 18 to 29 – donʼt like Obamacare or government surveillance. A Harvard survey found only 41 percent of millenials approve of Obamaʼs performance, a drop of 11 points. While 55 percent voted for him in 2012, only 46 percent would do so again. And 52 percent of the 18-24 years olds said they would recall him. 57 percent disapprove of Obamacare and only 18% think it will improve their care. And less than one-third plan to enroll in the Obamacare exchanges. This will make it very difficult for Obamacare to succeed.
