DESIGN METHOD

We always bring you courses that are developed based on an academic, visual and interactive design method, which best suits your training objectives.

Academic design  Academic design starts with analyzing the trainees, their qualifications and their jobs / tasks to determine training objectives.  Using models and theories about academic design as methods to design and develop systematically exercises in the course to meet the training objectives.  Analyzing source content, with respect to the training objectives at each different level, determining the method used to assess the effectiveness of training objectives, and structuring content into effective guides, categorizing content and determining the best way to present the content.  Principles of academic design used:  Bloom's categorization principles  Merrill's 5 first principles  John Keller's ARCS model  Merrill's elements presenting theories  Mayer's electronic learning theories Visual Design  Overall visual design is determined based on goals and objectives of the course, characteristics of trainees, training conditions and available media technologies.  A visual approach using graphic interface design, personalized interface and screen arrangement.  Principles of visual design:  Classic graphic design principles  Format structure principles  Visual design and communication supporting cognitive load theories (Multimedia, Association, Format, Repetition, Alignment) Interactive Design Interactive effects between the trainee and the course are designed according to your training objectives. You can choose to have interactive effects at different levels: unilateral, bilateral or multilateral.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS We strictly follow a standardized process to develop highly effective courses at low cost, to meet your training objectives. Our development process is based on ADDIE model, a 5-step process that provides the environment to plan, create and evaluate / assess the training materials.

IMPLEMENTATION

We study the requirements and training content, and recommend appropriate solutions and plans for your training objectives. It may be a poster promoting safe work environment, or a complex lesson simulating business situations. We determine the goals of the programme, the trainees' characteristics and qualifications, then outline the academic approach and determine the programme structure. We also analyze and determine the digitizing process, interactive effects and the course's interface.

When the scale and academic method have been agreed upon by both parties, we will start designing the script, ensuring guidance, visualization and interaction. After you have approved the script, we will move on to the next step, development (digitization) of the training programme. Script design includes design of content, dialogues, graphic design development orientation, and interactive effects.

We will develop (digitize) the entire course based on the approved script, and in the finishing stage we will have strict quality check processes. All products to handover will go through examination and assessment by an independent department. Development (digitization) steps include recording and editing dialogues; photography and cinematography; searching, editing and designing illustration images; presenting audio and visuals; integrating media content into the course following the structure of the script, and finally publishing of the course.

We will hand over the developed (digitized) course versions as previously agreed upon. We will then assist the implementation of the course in your company, and integrate it into your currently available system. In general, there are three stages of implementation, though these three stages may vary project by project. The three stages are: Alpha hand over, Beta hand over, Commissioning, completion of the project.

Evaluation: This is a continuous process. We evaluate the project through your feedback at different stages and through internal evaluation. The evaluated items throughout the processes of Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation include graphic designs, dialogues, and file integration before and after quality checks.
