The role The role works closely with the joint CEOs in formulating and implementing the marketing strategy, including demand generation campaigns, web site, digital marketing, social media, events and PR. Directs the efforts of the marketing staff as well as our PR and SEO agencies, ensuring they achieve the marketing objectives, coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with Sales, Product Marketing and CTO office. Develops and delivers marketing and communications strategies for the organization, set and supervise budget. Monitors competitive environment and consumer trends to adapt marketing strategy and tactics. Based in our office in San Diego, California.

Key responsibilities: Corporate Marketing Work closely with our Joint CEOs to continue to drive and establish the market leadership of Taoglas in the IoT/5G sector through innovative marketing strategy and programs. Adjust and evolve the corporate messaging and positioning. Lead the marketing team and marketing agencies. Contribute to strong sales growth through all marketing efforts.

Solutions Marketing Excellent approach to frame, package and take innovations to market. Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales functions, develop and run programs for solutions marketing targeted at specific set of buyers and industry segments within the IoT marketplace. Leverage our online demand generation programs, customer success stories and other engagements to ensure high visibility and adoption of Taoglas industry solutions.

GLOBAL VP OF MARKETING Channel/Partner Marketing Work closely with our distributors and partners, develop, run and measure effectiveness of comarketing programs for sales growth worldwide, gather and process feedback on competition.

Digital Marketing Ensure all digital assets are on brand and message. Develop our eCommerce capabilities and coordinate online demand generation to contribute to strong sales growth.

Branding & Messaging Ensure content marketing is on brand and message. Evolve messaging as necessary for each buyer type. Leverage social media and PR to reinforce customer successes, and messaging to the industry and customers.

Events & Customer Programs Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to manage and run industry and customer events globally.

Essential Skills and Experience: •

Proven track record of success in senior sales, business development, product marketing or marketing roles in technology companies on a global scale.



Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.



Strong oral and written communications skills.



Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in building and running successful marketing campaigns.



Experience developing and managing marketing budgets.



Experience building and managing global marketing teams, hiring, motivating, supervising and appraising personnel.



Confident, driven and dynamic leader.



Solid experience in running multiple, parallel marketing programs and strong program management skills.



Strategic thinking while executing with great attention to detail.



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics, telecoms or marketing.



Must be prepared to travel internationally on a regular basis

GLOBAL VP OF MARKETING Desired Skills and Experience: •

Experience in senior marketing roles in communications sector, with emphasis on any or most of the following segments: IoT, Telematics, M2M, 4G, 5G, electronics hardware, telecom hardware.



Ability to multi-task, with an appetite to master the executional elements of the marketing plan through your team, whilst also supporting in the strategic direction of the business.

Able to present, engage and work with CxO and executive levels.



Experience in talking at conferences and to media representatives.



Familiarity with major social media tools, analytics and digital marketing metrics.



Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create original branding opportunities.
