[email protected] LOCATION: Uniondale Jeremy Miller is a corporate & finance associate concentrating in transactional matters. He regularly advises businesses in dealings such as corporate governance and organization, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions, both on the buy side and sell side. Jeremy has a particular focus on advising healthcare institutions in corporate matters, most recently advising Winthrop-University Hospital (now NYU-Winthrop) in its affiliation with NYU Langone Health System. He is a regular contributor to Farrell Fritz’s New York Health Law blog. Jeremy was a summer associate and law clerk at Farrell Fritz from June to October 2015. He was an extern at Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP from January to April 2015; a research assistant to Dean Patricia Salkin at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center from July 2014 to January 2015; and an intern at the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, Civil Term in Brooklyn from May to July 2014. Jeremy earned his Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a Pro Bono Scholar and an associate editor of the Touro Law Review . He received his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany. He is admitted to practice in New York State, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
