Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mosiman to approve the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated total cost of construction for Bid Issuance 3-2019 Gilbert Middle School & High School additions, renovations and site improvements, second by Nelson. Grabau Construction – Boone, IA – $392,617.00
