BOARD WORK SESSION OF THE GILBERT COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD District Office Conference Room January 22, 2018 The board work session of the Gilbert Community School Board of Directors for the purpose of Construction Manager Service Presentations was called to order by President John Nelson, at 6:00 p.m. with the following members answering roll call: Tyler Holck, Kim Mosiman, John Nelson and Deb Ordal. Absent: Brian Anderson. Motion by Holck, second by Mosiman to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously. Administration Present: Supt. Lindsey Beecher. Visitors: Sam Stagg and Art Baumgartner, Haila Architecture Structure Planning LTD. Construction Manager Presentation of Services were presented by the following companies: Story Construction – Mike Espeset, Brant Carr, and Adam Papesh, Estes Construction – Paul Newhart, and Stahl Construction – David Dominguez and Mike Farnsworth. After each 15-20 minute presentation, the board provided 10-15 minutes for questions and answers. The board will discuss the Construction Manager Services further at the regular meeting on February 12, 2018. Motion by Holck, second by Ordal to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
