Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 to improve access to high-quality, affordable primary health care in the region. CHCGD was awarded Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status in March, 2009. We currently operate five, well-established locations - Charles Drew, Corwin Nixon, East Dayton, Southview, and Victor Cassano Health Centers. CHCGD has a total of 18 physicians, two nurse practitioners, and approximately 60 staff over the five sites. We are looking for the right individual who will embrace our mission of "Improving lives by providing quality primary and preventive health care services to those in need, regardless of ability to pay."
