HELP HALT HUNGER! Dear Friends, THANK YOU! This past Sunday our offering was $3503.25 for “No More Malaria.” That is 350 nets protecting children at night from the infectious bite of mosquitoes in Africa. You are part of a massive effort to end Malaria in our lifetime. Just in the last few years the number of children dying of Malaria has been reduced by almost half. So far in 2014, led by a $700 + gift by our confirmation class, we have collected $5915.25 toward our three year goal of $15,000. This is part of the $75 million goal of all United Methodist Churches combined. THANK YOU!

In support of the Halt Hunger Organization and aligned with the Big Dream mission, Outreach Ministries is looking for two people to help unload food on an "as needed" basis. In addition, we are looking for volunteers to help, one day a week, fill week-end food bags for children in the community. For more information, please contact Becky Warren at 419427-1911.

This Sunday we hear Job’s impatient cry for God in the midst of his suffering. God finally answers. How do we respond to the face of evil in our lives? Listening for God, Larry
