Application 1. Undiluted emulsion can be poured, placed in bags and tossed into the hopper, or spray applied, usually at a rate of 1 gallon per ton. 2. The heating process and paddle movement inside the hopper will thoroughly mix the rejuvenator. 3. Plug-in electric heaters which run overnight, combined with propane or natural gas burners, allow continuous operation of recyclers.
Asphalt Recycler Rejuvenator Use
Tricor’s Golden Bear Preservation Products are an excellent choice for rejuvenating asphalt millings and chunk asphalt using asphalt recyclers. Asphalt quality and contamination from dirt, concrete or other debris will determine the choice of rejuvenator. Tricor offers maltene based rejuvenators Cyclogen LE and Reclamite , as well as Cyclogen ME and CRF , which also include an asphalt binder. Trade names vary according to geographic location.
