On-Premise Training For taverns and restaurants where alcohol is sold for consump:on onsite. 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Off-Premise Training For retail & liquor stores where alcohol is sold for consump:on offsite. 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. Contact Mia if you would like to schedule a training for 6 or more individuals at your place of business or Healthy Acadia’s conference room.
Responsible Beverage Server & Seller Trainings provide staff with the knowledge they need to beWer iden:fy and prevent viola:ons of liquor laws, with an emphasis on underage & high risk drinkers. Along with increasing their knowledge about liquor laws, employees will receive training on best prac:ces to iden:fy minors and visibly intoxicated persons. Training employees through this half-day course may lead to reduced insurance rates for businesses and will help reduce the risk of making costly and/ or tragic, unlawful sales.
Training cost is $25.00 per employee. All par:cipants receive a cer:fica:on that is valid for 5 years.

UNDERSTANDING THE LAW ✓ An administra:ve viola:on is the main category of law viola:on that applies to licensed premises. This includes a sale to a minor or a visibly intoxicated person.
