Rick Rosell is a Partner Parttner with over twe twenty-two years of experience in providing tax advisory and compliance services to businesses and individuals. Prior to rejoining Bennett Thrasher in 2005, Rick spent time with Arthur Andersen’s federal tax practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. At Arthur Andersen (acquired by Grant Thornton LLP), he worked as a senior associate and manager for middlemarket companies and start-up ventures. He has experience with clients in various industries which include manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, construction contractors, real estate, professional services and start-up ventures. He is the co-leader of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain practice. He has broad knowledge of tax planning and compliance issues facing Subchapter C, Subchapter S, Partnership, Employee Benefit Plans and Individual taxpayers. In addition, he has extensive experience in ASC 740 (income tax provision) implementation and review, international issues and multistate issues. Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with honors at the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Georgia. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA). In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors, as Treasurer, for ArtsNow and is a member of the Georgia Tax Forum Task Force Committee.
