How to Run a Mid-Term Non-Cumulative Unweighted GPA Report

1) From the Start Page – Select the students you would like to run this report for. Make sure you are in Full Year also.
2) After selecting students – from Drop Down box select Export Using Template
3) Now select Type of Export as Student from the Drop Down Box
4) Another Drop Down will appear and from there you will Select – Mid Term GPA – Q1 (2, 3, 4). If you want to do a test run select the First radio Button to just run it for the First Student on the List or to Run for the Whole List select the Second Radio Button that says “The Selected ### of Students”. Now click the Submit Button.
5) After clicking Submit a Window may open up asking what to do, you will select Open With and choose Excel but for most of you it should automatically open in Excel. 6) Your export will then open in Excel and you can manipulate however you would like. The export gives you the student name (last, first), grade level and current gpa. The records for sorted by last name.
