Be it resolved that the CSTA request that the Ontario Soybean and Canola Committee consider foreign generated data, in cases where there are no Canadian trials for the registration of Winter Canola. Corn, Soybeans and Eastern Cereals Committee

Be it resolved that CSTA support the concept of single use seed agreements/contracts. Further that the work done by legal counsel, and associated disclaimers, be made available by CSTA to be used as a reference by seed trade members should they choose to develop their own contracts. Be it resolved that the CSTA undertake a process to develop its own proposal for a value capture model. Oilseeds, Pulses and Western Cereals Committee
