Ashley M. 4th Grade The Art Work This is a girl named Alice. She is six years old. She wants to be an artist when she grows up. As she grows up, she practices, practices and practices. Years pass by and Alice never makes it. She decides to quit but her mom said,” You should never quit.” Alice asks her why. Her mom says,” because when you quit you will never know if you could have made it, keep practicing.” Alice thinks about it and decides to keep going. “I will make it!” Alice continues to practice and practice. When Alice turns 20 years old, she goes to a school for art. She was very nervous because she had not been to a school like that before. When she got to class her teacher told her to paint. She was SUPER NERVOUS. When her teacher graded her painting, she said,” it’s super beautiful.” Alice was so happy. When the school year finished, Alice went home and saw her mom. Her mom was super proud of her and gave her a big hug. Alice had become an artist.
