SoCal APSE is a non-profit membership organization with the mission to Encourage, support and promote paid employment for people with disabilities through education, advocacy and legislative action. On Friday, October 21st, 2011, SoCal APSE will sponsor its first annual “Employment for All” conference at the Brookside Golf Club in Pasadena. It is projected that the conference will be attended by over 150 leading non-profit organizations, businesses and people of varying abilities. We are looking for Southern California’s leading companies and organizations to join us and provide financial sponsorships to ensure we can fill the room to its maximum capacity of 200. Please review the attached levels of sponsorship and make plans now to participate on October 21st. Your participation will provide a unique opportunity to showcase your products/services to a wide variety of potential clients, as well as supporting SoCal APSE’s efforts to increase the employment outcomes of people with disabilities. SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR VENDOR INFORMATION AREA REQUIREMENTS Installation All exhibits must be set up and ready for opening on October 21st, 2011 at 8:30 am. Exhibitors are expected to arrive between 8:00 am – 8:15 am. Exhibitor Services One 8' by 3' 1⁄2" table draped with a table cover and one chair will be provided. 10 of the tables will be outside on a covered patio and 5 in an inside adjoining room. Assignment of Space Booths are assigned according to the date of receipt of applications. SoCal APSE reserves the right to accept or reject a potential exhibitor. NOTE: 5 of the booths will be occupied by micro-business owners with disabilities who may sell their products. Cancellation of Booth There will be no refunds. Use of Booth All materials must be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s booth. Only micro-business owners are allowed to sell items. Distribution of samples is permitted. Responsibility Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend SoCal APSE and Brookside Golf Club against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the Vendor Information areas. Dismantling All exhibits must be dismantled by 3:30 p.m. on October 21st. Exhibitors should be careful to keep the noise level down as the conference will still be in session until 4:00 pm.
