Terms and Conditions Name: 1. Joining Date 2. Salary- Rs 12,000/- per month. 3. Security deposit: Rs 3,000/- per month will be deducted for the first 4 months which will be refunded back after the completion of 12 months on monthly basis in 4 months. 4. Duty Timings: 08:45 AM to 7:30 PM. 5. Overtime: Not Applicable. 6. No advance will be given for the first 24 months. 7. Sundays and Holidays OFF as approved by management. Paid if working. 8. Notice period before leaving the job: 60 days. 9. Reporting to: HOD 10. Production targets to be achieved in 2nd month for retaining the job. 11. On achieving production targets 10% or 8% or 5% average, then 25% of salary incentive shall be paid. Production target shall be calculated on monthly average basis. 12. 1st salary increment: 25% of salary incentive achieved for at least 4 months and mandatorily in 6th and 7th month, salary will be increased by 25%. 13. 2nd salary increment: 25% of salary incentive achieved for at least 4 months and mandatorily in 11th and 12th month, salary will be increased by 25%. 14. 3rd salary increment: 25% of salary incentive achieved for at least 4 months and mandatorily in 16th and 17th month, salary will be increased by 25%.

17. In case of non-performance or unsatisfactory performance, job shall be terminated and security amount shall be forfeited. 18. Your appointment will be confirmed after the satisfactory completion of 1 month training period. No salary shall be paid for the training period. Salary Increment Details:
