Gold Continuous Monitoring Provide us with a list of companies (vendors, prospects, customers, etc.) and their addresses, and Equifax will provide you with continuous monitoring. Derogatory data is available daily on-line either through Internet or Equifax software. Monthly, a report is mailed to you including the Payment Index (average days past terms) plus the Credit Information Score (overall risk) on all the companies being monitored. $3.00 per company per annum (no aging provided) 1 $180 annual administration fee or $15 per month (minimum 12 months) To easily maintain your portfolio, Gold Continuous Monitoring subscribers may add the following supplemental information services to their subscription:

Commercial Decision Power - Automated credit adjudication at the point of sale (1) The Annual Administration and Processing Fee of $495 permits 2 free adjustments a year to the Decision criteria (additional adjustments would be at a further charge of $200 each). This fixed fee is always added to the “Reports Plus Decision Fee”. (2) Decisions are sold at $2.50 each, for members who buy commercial credit reports on a paygo basis. Members who subscribe to commercial reports have the decision power fee added to their report price on the following discounted basis.
